It also complements desserts like apple and chocolate, as well as berries and fruits such as Agen prunes, cherries, raspberries, and oranges, and is great with coffee and cigars. The drink has a beautiful rich amber color, a complex aroma blending wet wood and dried fruit, and a tannic, soft, woody taste with a pleasant aftertaste.
